Please keep in mind that we are a small business. When you reserve seats, we turn away other customers. Cancellations can make it difficult to fill those spots, especially on dates when we’ve already declined other bookings. While we do not provide a refund on deposits, we will allow one reschedule without additional cost.
If a customer cancels within 7 days of the scheduled trip or is a "no-show," they will be charged the full price for all reserved seats. A "no-show" will not be allowed to reschedule, but a fully charged cancellation will be eligible for one reschedule.
Refusal to sign the liability waiver will be considered a cancellation/no-show, and customers will be charged for the full price of all reserved seats.
Please understand that we cannot control ocean conditions. We only cancel trips if conditions are unsafe. If we cancel due to conditions, we will not provide a refund on deposits unless agreed upon in writing at the time of booking. However, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule without additional charges.
Trips cut short due to sickness, ocean conditions, or client reasons will not be refunded.
Limits are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on poor fishing conditions.
By booking a trip with Port Orford Fishing Charters, you (the customer) fully agree to the terms and conditions of the liability waiver and refund policy outlined above. You understand that signing the liability waiver is required prior to departure, and refusal to sign will result in the cancellation of the fishing trip and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
