Please keep in mind that we are a small business. When you reserve a seat or seats, we turn away other customers. When a cancelation occurs, it is difficult to fill seats on dates for which we have already turned people away. We will NOT provide a refund on the deposit but we will allow a one time reschedule without additional cost.
If for any reason including undesirable conditions, the customer cancels within 7 days of the scheduled trip or is a "no show", the customer will be charged full price for all reserved seats. A "no show" will not not be allowed to reschedule but a fully charged cancelation will be allowed one reschedule.
Refusal to sign the liability waiver will be considered a cancelation/no show and customers will be charged for the full price of all reserved seats.
Also understand that we can not control the ocean conditions. We only cancel trips if the conditions are unsafe. If we cancel due to conditions, we will NOT provide a refund on deposits unless agreed upon in writing at the time of booking. We will however make every reasonable attempt to reschedule without any additional charges.
Trips cut short due to sickness, ocean conditions or by the clients for any reason will NOT be refunded.
Limits are NOT guaranteed. Refunds will NOT be offered based on poor fishing conditions.
By booking a trip with Port Orford Fishing Charters, you (the customer) fully agree to the terms and conditions of the liability waiver and refund policy as set forth above. You understand that you will be required to sign the above liability waiver prior to launching and that refusal to sign the liability waiver will result in cancelation of the fishing trip and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
