Waiver

Please note that we are a small business, and each reservation blocks off limited space that we cannot offer to other customers. Because of this, cancellations can significantly impact our operations.

Because of the numerous hours we put into planning and monitoring conditions and because we turn away other customers, deposits are non-refundable. However, we allow one reschedule at no additional cost.

Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled trip or no-shows will be charged the full price for all reserved seats.

A no-show is not eligible for rescheduling.

A cancellation that is fully charged (i.e., within 7 days) will be eligible for one reschedule.

Refusal to sign the liability waiver will be treated as a cancellation/no-show, and the full price will be charged for all reserved seats.

We do not provide refunds for trips cut short due to:

Sea sickness

Ocean conditions

Client requests

We cannot guarantee fishing limits, and no refunds will be issued for poor fishing conditions.

Ocean conditions: We only cancel trips if conditions are deemed unsafe. In such cases:

Deposits remain non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.

We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your trip at no additional cost.
